U2...let me remember from some far away "memory folder" in my brain...oh, yes, there were some brilliant albums in the early 80's, a well documented Rockpalast on Loreley (which I enjoyed
watching on the TV so much that I went and bought their vinyls straight after), and some "omnipresence" on radio and TV a few years later, but as my personal music taste had very much
changed then, I did not follow... So it was a nice listening to some known tracks and those from the history of U2 which I did not know. Not really my cigar, but that doesn't matter.
I'm only a bit pissed about the low volume during the "first set", especially on my fave, "Sunday bloody sunday"...Anyway, let's jump into the Lanxess Multipurpose Arena, not a venue where
me would take a step in...SB.

The OKM was attached the same way like Antwerp 2015-10-13 on a railing with rubberbands.
Why rubberband? peoples can bang into the metal there and create unwanted sounds on the recording.
Check my picture for info, you shall understand. Had 1 problem in recording which you wont hear.
Battery did start running low at the end in the outro, i could only check this at home if I had a
complete recording because i was travelling. That's why i pulled the plug earlier than expected.
Anyway, complete recorded for you all.

For me these 2 nights were the first times recording U2, I have seen them many times and they never
disappoint. These 2 nights in Cologne to me were special, I loved the town, the people, the whole
vibe and to top it all the shows were amazing. I havent deliberately sat on these, I wanted to get
them out ASAP but once I got back to the UK there were already a couple of recordings out there
so I made sure my London 3+4 got out there first. I am very happy with both my captures, I like
my live shows almost "in your face" and "full on". Its up to everyone here if they choose to
download this, I know some of you want every recording and Im sure this is worthy of a DL.
I cannot compare this with any of the other captures, but as I'm preparing these to upload I am
properly listening to night 2 for the first time as I type this and I am very happy.
